LaQuay Boone

Deputy Head of Programs

LaQuay Boone joins the program team as the Deputy Head of Programs, reporting to Paul Robinson and will be based out of the employment and training office. In this role, LaQuay will directly oversee the Employment and Training team, Housing program and Manager of Evidenced Best Practices for the organization.

LaQuay’s previous experience includes working in the non-profit field as a trauma-based therapist, workforce development with at-risk youth, and building out service-based programs to support children and families starting with her work at the Youth Service Bureau. LaQuay obtained her Masters in Mental Health and Addictions (MSW) from Indiana University of South Bend and her Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN. LaQuay worked with the CRED team to develop the workforce development center that serves more than 150 men and women yearly. In her free time, LaQuay enjoys a good audiobook and spending time with her children.
