Laurence Littleton
Director of IT Operations
Laurence serves as the Director of IT Operations for Chicago CRED. In this role, he works directly with the Director of Finance & Operations on evaluating and implementing IT priorities. Laurence processes onboarding and offboarding requests, maintains inventory management and leads user training for employees, contractors and participants, and also standardizes the infrastructure needs throughout all of CRED’s locations. Prior to joining the Collective, Laurence has over 20 years of experience as a infrastructure support specialist, most recently at Greenheart International, where he managed all hardware assets, developed best-practice troubleshooting procedures and supported mobile, computer and software resources.
